Almonte was established in 1996 to supply Australia with the safest method of cutting core, Almonte is now the largest manufacturer of Drill Core Cutting Equipment in the world.

Since 2006 - all wiring and installation of electrical components on all new, reconditioned, and servicing Almonte machines has been carried out by the EKKA Group (www.ekka.net.au). They are also responsible for past and ongoing automation advances on the Almonte Automatic Saw.
